Tuition and Refund Policy
- An online $750 deposit is required to complete application.
- If application is received after registration period closes, deposit will be fully refunded with notice.
- Deposits REFUNDABLE less the $250 interview fee if a student is rejected from the screening process. If the refund amount needs to be wired, an additional $55 wire transaction fee will be applied.
- Please note, there is a $95 cancellation fee for credit card deposits that are revoked “pre-interview”.
- If accepted to the program, the remaining balance and a refundable dormitory security deposit, is due within 10 business days of the postmarked date on the acceptance letter. The $750 is nonrefundable for any accepted applicant. If traveling by plane, all corresponding transportation fees (listed with Non-Inclusive Fees) will be applied to the total remaining balance.
- If balance is not paid by the date due, applicant’s seat will be released. Balance must be paid by check or money order- both made payable to Kent Prep. If the balance must be sent via wire transfer, please call for more information. (Banking information is provided to international students with the letter of acceptance.)
- Cancellation of participation is subject to the following policy:
- By Feb. 15, 2027: 90% refunded from original tuition.
- By Mar. 15, 2027: 70% refunded from original tuition.
- By Apr. 15, 2027: 50% refunded from original tuition.
- By May 15, 2027: 30% refunded from original tuition.
- After May 15, 2027: No refund.
- The $550 USD dormitory security deposit will be refunded for all cancellations, minus any wire transaction fees.
- No refund will be issued for voluntary withdrawal or student expulsions from the program.
