Details:
– Responsible for clerical work in the school, including handling sensitive documents such as student records and test results.
– Provide administrative support, such as filing, reporting, and attending meetings
– Minimal communication with parents and other facilitators
– Manage classroom environment, counsel students, and assist teachers
– Growth for office managerial positions
Qualifications:
– Multitasker and quick learner
– Must be comfortable with working with students, teachers, and parents
– Clear and methodical communication skills
– Computer skills (MS Office)
– Strong references required
– 2-3 years of administrative experience a plus
– Knowledge of NYC school system / specialized HS alumni a plus
– Fluent in Chinese or Korean a big plus
